چکیده

Abstract The current study evaluated the anti-cancer properties of bio-functionalized silver nanoparticles fabricated by Juniperus chinensis leaf extracts. were characterized scanning electron microscopy, transmission UV–visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared X-ray diffraction, dynamic light scattering, Zeta potential and spectroscopy. Further, this elucidated cellular molecular mechanisms for anti-proliferative apoptotic effects on human lung cancer cells (A549) compared them with commercial drug cisplatin. size spherical nanoparticle was 12.96 nm negative zeta potential. Up-regulation caspase 3,9 p53, Annexin V-FITC/PI, DAPI staining, ROS production indicated remarkable effect AgNPs to Moreover, down-regulation MMP2/MMP9 scratch matrigel assays revealed anti-metastatic AgNPs. Cell cycle analysis downregulation cyclin D1 cell cessation in G0/G1 phase. Overall, results that green-synthetized had anti-metastasis anti-proliferation comparison cisplatin lower side normal line.
